1. Create Your Account
Sign up with your name, email, and password. No credit card required — your 14-day free trial starts immediately.
2. Set Up Your Fleet Profile
Enter your company name, DOT number, MC number, and choose your Hours of Service rule. This is Step 1 of the onboarding wizard.
3. Add Your Trucks
Enter each truck's unit number and type. You need at least one truck to complete setup.
4. Review & Launch Your Fleet
Review your fleet details and trucks, then click "Complete Setup" to create your fleet and land on your dashboard.
5. Configure Fleet Settings
Fine-tune inspection defaults, photo requirements, and route rules from the Settings page.
6. Invite Your Drivers
Generate invite links and share them with your drivers via text, email, or in person. Drivers create their own accounts and automatically join your fleet.
7. Create Your Routes
Define named routes with start and end locations. Routes are reusable templates that you assign to drivers on specific days.
8. Assign Routes to Drivers
Use the 7-day calendar view to assign drivers to routes on specific days. Set up recurring schedules for routes that repeat weekly.
Share these steps with your drivers so they know how to use the app.
9. Drivers: Complete Pre-Trip Inspections
Before hitting the road, drivers open the app, select their truck, and complete a pre-trip DVIR with the guided checklist.
10. Drivers: Complete Post-Trip Inspections
At the end of the run, drivers complete a post-trip DVIR to document the truck's condition on return.
11. Monitor Your Fleet Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of fleet activity: truck count, driver count, inspections this month, HOS availability, and recent activity.
12. Track Credentials & Calendar
The calendar auto-tracks expiration dates for CDLs, medical cards, truck registrations, insurance, annual inspections, and IFTA stickers.
13. Generate Reports & Exports
Export audit-ready reports as Excel or PDF. Filter by date range and see completion rates and defect rates at a glance.
14. Manage Your Subscription
Your 14-day free trial includes all features. When you're ready, subscribe from the Billing page — $19/month for up to 3 trucks, $7/truck for each additional.
